DARN TIRED this few days

Busy with Hapkido and studies and all those school trips

But it is quite fun anyway

This post is gonna be quite long anyway

Lets start off with wednesday of tis week.....

Hapkido on wednesday is really toturing man.....

We do some continous front kick exercise den wen up the stairs to 8 floor den came down

Came down already do all those kicks in our syllabus and for every 10 kicks of each type need do 10 ranger jumps

So we did a total of 40 ranger jumps

At first it was tiring and my leg is all soft

But after dat quite ok le.......

Ok so now for thursday......

Thursday is VERY FUN!!

Haha all of us are CRAPPY PEOPLE!!

Haha in school i kept on disturbing Praise and Nadiah on who they like but not true one....

Kept on LAUGHING!!

Lols they are very open minded people that wont take this kind of things in mind
